About the Club
The Benzie Audubon Club is a tax exempt charitable organization and chapter of the Michigan Audubon Society. Our major objectives are promoting an appreciation for and a better understanding of the plants and animals of northern Michigan, preserving our natural environment, and preventing any activities that may pose a threat to our natural ecology.
To meet this mission we offer educational programs and seasonal field trips throughout the year (primarily April thru December) and provide members with the Meadowlark newsletter. Field Trips and programs are open to the public, without charge - and typically announced around March. Visit our events page for a complete list of upcoming opportunities.
